REGISTER FOR CLASSES
To begin the registration process online, you must first register your student(s) by clicking the button below.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of registration. Once you complete the registration form, you must continue the process by choosing and registering for a class or classes. All classes, descriptions and pricing are listed below. Student accounts are billed monthly at the beginning of each month. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to receive our special coupon, applied to tuition when you purchase a Semester Package Plan (16 lessons total). If you do not choose a Semester Plan, you may pay weekly or monthly. Weekly payments are due on Fridays. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month, and can be set up on a recurring plan with automatic payments. Tuition Payments can be made by debit or credit card online or onsite. We also accept PayPal, ApplePay, checks and cash onsite. Check payments can be made out to Young Musician Academy of Music & Arts LLC.
A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

CLASS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Class Cancellation Policy
To cancel a scheduled lesson, we require at least 4 hours notice to receive a credit to your account for the missed class. Due to the difficulty of rescheduling, we do not offer make-up lessons when a 4-hour notice has not been given before cancellation. Please note that if you miss your lesson for any reason and do not provide advance notice, the lesson will be considered a “no show,” and no refund will be given. Every attempt will be made to reschedule the lesson in the event it is cancelled within the 4-hour window. If the teacher misses or cancels the lesson, every attempt will be made to reschedule the lesson. If we are unsuccessful rescheduling the lesson, a refund will be issued. (Read our Refund Policy for more details).
Refund Policy
Per our "Class Cancellation Policy," if the student misses a lesson, and notifies the teacher within the 4-hour window, every attempt will be made to reschedule the lesson by the teacher according to the student's availability. If the teacher misses the lesson, they must make every attempt to make up the missed lesson according to the student's availability. In the event the student or teacher miss the lesson, and it qualifies for a refund under our "Class Cancellation Policy," and it cannot be made up after every attempt to do so, a refund will be issued to the student account or original form of payment within 10 calendar days of the missed lesson for weekly, and monthly prepaid lessons only.
For any and all students who have purchased a package or bundle of lessons (totaling 8 or more lessons), we ask that you accept that all "Semester" and "Summer" packages and bundles are "non-refundable." We can credit or refund single missed lessons in the event they happen, and will do so only after all attempts to make up the missed lesson are unsuccessful. We will only cancel and refund Semester and Summer Bundles in the event of a family emergency, unforeseen illness or other unfortunate circumstance takes place. Please know that we will always go above and beyond to work with you through any and ALL scheduling issues, and are committed to doing everything we can to offer you a satisfactory experience!
