Refund Policy

Young Musician Academy Refund Policy

All of our semester packages are "nonrefundable." Registration fees are only applied to group and ensemble style classes (group piano class, preschool music class (online/onsite, and after school music classes). Registration fees are "nonrefundable." Once paid, a student has access to lesson materials and instruments covered by registration fees for the term of their commitment. Until registration fees are paid, a student's space in a group or ensemble style class is not saved or guaranteed. Once the registration fee is paid, if no space is available for the selected class, the student will be scheduled to begin on the date of the next available class session or placed on a waiting list, and notified when a space become open. Families will be notified if the class is full before being asked to pay the registration fees. 

 

Lessons are scheduled out according to the student and teacher agreed upon availability once semester packages are purchased. Students and their families must select a semester package, monthly bundle of lessons or purchase one single lesson in advance before being added to the assigned teacher schedule. In the event the student or teacher misses a single lesson, and it qualifies for a refund under our "Class Cancellation Policy," and it cannot be made up after every attempt to do so, a refund will be issued to the student account or original form of payment within 10 calendar days of the missed lesson for single missed lessons only.
